    Hey I’m Sharron—a stylist with over 3 decades in this industry, a salon owner, educator, content creator, and the heart behind Booked & Building.

    I’ve done it all: commission stylist, booth renter, full salon owner, TV production stylist, educator, and now content creator with a growing YouTube platform that inspires women around the world. I’ve poured into this beauty game on every level. But after decades of being fully booked, I started to feel it—my body was tired, my soul was craving freedom and I knew there had to be more.

    That’s when Booked & Building was born. This movement is for beauty professionals—stylists, barbers, estheticians, MUAs, massage therapists—who love what they do, but know they can’t do it forever. It’s for the ones who are ready to build income that doesn’t require hands-on hustle, and finally create a lifestyle that feels as good as their work looks.
